• 14-Day Return Policy
•  All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

• Please note that we do not offer free returns.  In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

DLG LDN UK will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.  Custom products such as special orders, personalized and sale items are also non-returnable.
